Art Lickunas

Art Lickunas brings more than two decades of experience in large-scale real estate development, land entitlement, and infrastructure investment across the United States and Europe. As Co-Founder of Gigaland, he helps lead the company's data center campus development strategy across Virginia, Maryland, and West Virginia. Prior to Gigaland, Art founded AVP Group, building a portfolio of commercial, office, and multifamily residential assets across U.S. and European markets. He also built a full-service real estate brokerage under Keller Williams Realty Dulles, growing the operation to more than 100 professionals and $300 million in annual transaction volume.

Art lives in Northern Virginia with his family.
